2. You will receive return instructions and a return address within 24 hours
3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once processed, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account. You will receive email confirmation when the refund is initiated.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
