What if my package is lost or damaged?

We've got you covered. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery if your item arrives damaged. For lost packages, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund after the carrier confirms the loss.

Are your wireless chargers compatible with my device?

Our wireless chargers work with all Qi-enabled devices, including iPhone 12-16 series, Samsung Galaxy S20-S25 series, Google Pixel, Apple Watch, and AirPods with wireless charging cases. If your device supports wireless charging, it works with our chargers.

What's the difference between your AI smart glasses models?

Each model is designed for different use cases. The G2 model features anti-shake recording and real-time translation — ideal for business travelers. Our standard smart glasses focus on photo/video capture and Bluetooth audio. The photochromic lens model adapts to changing light conditions automatically. Yes! The SE66 wireless lavalier microphone includes both Lightning and USB-C connectors, making it compatible with iPhone (14 and earlier with Lightning, 15/16 with USB-C), Android devices, laptops, and cameras.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?

You can return any unused item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in original packaging with all accessories. Return shipping is free for defective items.

Do your products come with a warranty?

All PocketShot products include a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If your product stops working due to a defect, we'll repair or replace it free of charge.
